Our Policies

How long will my package take to get to me?

We pride ourselves in customer service and ship your goods once paid, immediately. Your goods should be with you the next day after payment with express and or 2-5 days with normal freight and that depends on which State in Australia you are in. We want you to receive your goods as soon as possible and every effort will be taken to deliver on time. You are a valued customer.

What is your returns policy?

For quality control reasons we are unable to accept returns, however if a product is faulty or defective, we shall provide you with a refund or replacement. 
Refunds are not accepted on any products within our range if the purchaser no longer requires the product or changes their mind. Not liking a product is not sufficient grounds for returning products to any retailer for credit or refund. 
If the products you are returning are not faulty and cannot be returned to us with sufficient evidence to the manufacturer for exchange, they will not be deemed to be refundable. 
Products returned for refund without prior consent from us will be automatically returned back to sender.

Conditions of return, if applicable:

* Organic Hair Care must authorise any goods prior to their return for exchange.
* Please include a copy of the invoice and an explanation for return with all returned products.
* Once received the consumer must notify Organic Hair Care Supplies within 7 day of receiving the goods to discuss any refund possibilities
* Please retain broken parcel/s (and packaging) until authorised by Organic Hair Care as they may be required by Australia Post as proof of damage.
* The customer will pay return freight in circumstances of incorrect ordering or cancellations after dispatch.
* Organic Hair Care will pay return freight on items sent by us in error unless the customer requests to purchase the item/s.
* Return stock will not be credited where poor packaging by the customer results in goods being broken in return transit.
* Only unused, faulty items may be credited or exchanged. Faulty products are returned to manufacturer for replacement product.

How much will freight cost?

We ship by Australia Post and you can choose normal or express .For an update on costs please obtain a copy from your local Post office. This will give you the individual cost depending on the weight. We charge according to weight and in accordance with Australia Post.

Payment of goods 

Payments can be made  through  Paypal. Sorry !we do not take credit purchases on the phone. Payment is also available by internet banking, money orders, cheque and please send cheques to this address:
